Our products are original creations that often vary, so we do not have a product catalogue. However, we do have a brochure that provides an overview of our product lines. We can send it to you by mail.

Do you accept orders from outside of Canada?

All shipping fees are shown in Canadian dollars. Extra shipping fees and a longer delivery time may be expected for shipping in remote regions.
All fees must be paid before the order is shipped.

Do you create custom-made products?

Yes. We can create the product you are looking for, with your choice of colours and patterns.

Do you accept orders from outside of Canada?

We offer repair services for our products directly at our workshop in Saguenay.
Contact us or send us your bag so we can estimate the repair cost.

How should I maintain the leather so it stays in good shape?

It all depends on the type of leather.
Finished leather doesn’t really require any maintenance. Just wipe clean using a damp cloth.
Natural leather is a different story. If the leather is dehydrated, it should be treated with neat’s foot oil. Carefully put oil on a clean cloth and wipe lightly, keep applying gently in several thin layers.

Do you sell gift certificates?

They are available at our Québec city boutique, at our workshop & boutique in Saguenay located at 752, Rue Victoria, Saguenay QC G7B 3M7.
Gift certificates may also be ordered over the phone and shipped to the address of your choice.

What are the methods of payment for online purchases?

We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 working weeks, depending on the order.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we can create a new one or modify it.
