I put together a walking club

Daily life is often source of stress and anxiety. We are pressed by time, by our numerous occupations. Life runs at a crazy speed and we are all rushing to accomplish our jobs, our numerous tasks, keeping family time and also taking time to keep fit.
I put together a walking club with my nearby neighbours, the women met in the park of “Rivière du moulin” and are open to every woman who would like to join us. You are surely asking why grouping these women and asking others to join us? The answer is simple. It is because even if walking alone in the nature is a source of healing; walking with others can add such pleasure that stimulates and keeps us in shape.
We gather two or three times a week,  when it’s nice outside. We take advantage of nature while exchanging on our lives.
Have you already lingered to all the odours that surround us? The trees, the hay and the grasses, the shrubs that grow so slowly and quietly… The white and the red pines, the firs and the aspens, the birch and the spruce… So many good things to se, to smell and to feel.
The  nature is wonderful and to share walks with my walking friends adds a unique and special character to them.
